Where is local Pick up?

We are located in Calgary, Alberta - Canada.
We have 2 local options available -
SE community of New Brighton or NW Community of Varsity.
Orders are typically ready within 1-4 days for the SE location. If you choose the NW, we do drop offs every 2 weeks. An email will be sent when your order is ready.

How do I hang my boards?

On select boards, we give the option to include AN Adhesive magnet or Hook, if you wish. Upon adding to the cart, you will be given this option.
We recommend 3M velcro strips if you plan to remove your board often from your wall. The boards are lightweight! However, We do not include this option.

What do I clean my board with?

Simply use a soft damp cloth or baby wipes are amazing!!

My white board has stains that won’t wipe off - what do I do?

• Lemon or Orange essential oil! one drop goes along way! apply when the board is dry, wipe over the stain and dry.

• dish soap - use the smallest amount, lightly rub over stain and rinse with damp cloth.

• rubbing alcohol - pour a small amount onto a dry cloth, rub over stain

• Mister Clean Magic Eraser. - Please test spot before using over the entire surface, as some of our laminates can scratch.

DO NOT SUBMERGE BOARD IN WATER!
*Please note our white boards are just like a dry erase board, where ghosting and stains are common. However the stains will not affect the integrity of the boards use.

What markers do I use?

Our black boards work with wet-erasable chalk markers only.
We have our own branded markers that we suggest using. (View our collections here)
However, as long as your marker is a WET-ERASE chalk marker, you should have no problems. We do recommend spot testing before use of other brands.

Our whiteboards work well with dry erasable markers + Chalk markers! we have had great success with many brands, including our own AVAILABLE here, but the expo ultra fine tip Dry erase is our favourite. These are available on amazon.

My chalk crayons broke, what now?

as with normal crayons and chalk, this can happen. The nice thing about our chalk holders, is you can easily twist the barrel up and use the other piece. If your crayon broke from the bottom, it is a very simple fix. Just firmly twist and pull the bottle piece of the chalk holder until the bottom piece comes off. FRom there, you should see a small plastic piece that the crayon sits inside of. Grab a pen, and pop the broken bits out. Once it is clear, firmly press in the chalk crayon back inside, then reassemble your holder.
