We offer a few local pick up options for your convenience. We ask that you please be kind and respectful of these spaces and their staff, as these stores graciously let us use their space with no exchange. Support local, and shop around their beautiful space while you're at it! Address locations will be provided within your fulfillment email once an order is ready for pick up.
Calgary, AB (SE -New Brighton) typically ready within 1-4 days. This is a monitored porch pick up location.
Calgary, AB (NW- Baby & Me Maternity) pick ups are usually available within 1 -2 weeks. Please check their store hours before heading in.
High River - typically will be available within 3 weeks. Please check their store hours before heading in.

As a small team, we work as efficiently as we can to get orders out a few times a week. Typically fulfillment is within 1-3 days.
Shipping Monday - Thursday.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@beyondmeasureboards.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Unfortunately the majority our shipping partners do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street addresses or alternative location we can ship your package to.

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If it is a defect we missed on our end, we are happy to discuss a replacement and will rectify the situation as necessary!
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@beyondmeasureboards.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition & package it arrived it. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
